TSC150XDN Conveyor Clutch

The Carlson TSC150XDN Conveyor Clutch is a modification of the standard TSC150IM model. It includes a 1.000″ bore (oversized from the standard unit) and a backplate configuration that has a 5.5″ pitch diameter, 1 groove, B section integral sheave. The clutch engages an air applied diverter drive for final routing conveyors. The clutch system replaced a direct drive mechanism that allowed low inertia boxes to be inadvertently diverted to trucks because the drive was always rotating. The clutch engages the drive on demand, saving the customer the time and expense of incorrectly routed products.
