TSC Pilot Mount - Air clutch

The Carlson TSC Pilot Mount Air Clutch is a compact, air-actuated clutch designed for end-shaft and mid-shaft mounting applications where high torque transmission is required in a small package. Utilizing two friction surfaces and permanently lubricated bearings, the TSC Series delivers reliable engagement, long service life, and smooth operation without the need for a rotating air union.

Available in four sizes (TSC60PM, TSC150PM, TSC350PM, and TSC850PM), the TSC Series provides torque capacities from 60 to 850 in-lb while maintaining a compact footprint. Standard straight bore sizes from 0.625" to 1.625" simplify installation, and pilot mount construction allows direct mounting of sprockets or sheaves for efficient power transmission.
