TSC Integral Mount - Air clutch

The Carlson TSC Integral Mount Air Clutch is a compact, air-actuated clutch designed for end-shaft and mid-shaft power transmission applications requiring high torque in a space-efficient package. The Integral Mount (IM) design incorporates machined V-grooves directly into the backplate, allowing pulleys or sheaves to be integrated into the clutch assembly while eliminating the need for separate mounting components.

Available in four standard sizes (TSC60IM, TSC150IM, TSC350IM, and TSC850IM), the TSC IM Series delivers torque capacities from 60 to 850 in-lb while utilizing two friction surfaces for dependable engagement and long service life. Permanently lubricated bearings eliminate the need for a rotating air union, and standard straight bore sizes from 0.625" to 1.625" simplify installation across a wide range of industrial applications.
