TLSP5 Torque Limiter

The Carlson TLSP5 Torque Limiter provides reliable overload protection for industrial drive systems by transmitting torque in either direction while protecting driven components from damage. Its adjustable torque design allows simple setting changes, while automatic single-position re-engagement provides dependable operation following an overload.

The totally enclosed housing protects internal components from outside contaminants, and the integrated split bushing and lock collar provide secure shaft mounting. With a compact design and adjustable torque range of 125–500 in-lbs, the TLSP5 is well suited for a wide range of industrial applications.
