CB Air applied Caliper brake

The CB Series Air Applied Caliper Brakes are compact industrial braking systems designed to provide dependable static holding and stopping force in a wide range of power transmission applications. Utilizing two opposing air-actuated pistons, the CB Series applies equal braking force to both sides of the rotor for smooth, consistent performance and even lining wear.

A simple two-bolt mounting design allows for quick installation, while removable friction linings make routine maintenance fast and economical. Rotor thickness can be accommodated by changing the brake spacer, providing flexibility for new equipment or retrofit installations. Available in multiple sizes and torque capacities, the CB Series is ideal for conveyors, indexing systems, material handling equipment, packaging machinery, and other industrial braking applications.
