The Carlson 7502 Air Applied / Spring Release Caliper Brake is a heavy-duty industrial brake engineered for high-torque stopping and reliable dynamic braking in demanding applications. Pneumatic actuation applies braking force while integrated springs provide positive brake release, delivering smooth, responsive operation with dependable performance.

Built with a rugged steel housing and stainless steel piston and cylinder construction, the 7502 is designed for long service life in harsh industrial environments. High-temperature, non-asbestos friction linings provide excellent wear resistance and consistent braking performance while allowing easy inspection and maintenance through the open caliper design.

Designed for use with 35-inch and 40-inch diameter rotors, the 7502 delivers up to 6,800 lbs of static braking force and 121,000 in-lbs of static torque at 80 PSI, making it well suited for heavy-duty industrial machinery requiring dependable stopping power and long-term reliability.
