7301 - Spring Applied/Air Release

The Carlson 7301 is a compact spring-applied, air-release industrial caliper brake designed for reliable static holding and emergency stopping applications. Four spring-loaded pistons provide consistent braking force while compressed air releases the brake for normal operation. Its lightweight aluminum housing, compact footprint, and simple two-bolt mounting make the 7301 ideal where space is limited but dependable braking is required. High-temperature non-asbestos friction linings are easily replaceable, minimizing maintenance and extending service life.
